Abdulla bin Hussain Al-Jaber - Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Kazakhstan attended the opening ceremony of the 5th World Nomad Games hosted by Astana. Kasym-Jomart Tokayev - President of the Republic of Kazakhstan opened the ceremony on 8/9/2024 and the event was attended by the presidents of Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan and Tatarstan and dignitaries from various countries of the world interested in traditional sports. 98 countries from around the world are participating in this tournament including the State of Qatar. Ambassador Al-Jaber also attended part of the tournament’s competitions today, including Horseback Archery in which Qatari rider Bader Mubarak Al Marri participated.
